    Default swimming pool fee

    Can I say as follows?

When I saw your ad, I thought the swimming pool fee was free.

If you're not happy about it, you could say 'From reading your ad/The impression I got from reading your ad...'

Instead of syaing "the swimming pool fee was free," it would be clearer to say "When I saw your ad, I thought that there was no fee to use the swimming pool" or "Your ad gave the impression that there was no fee to use the swimming pool."
