    common efforts?

    Hello Everyone,

In the following sentence can concerted be replaced by common?

I am convinced that with our concerted efforts, we will reach new agreements on trade balance.

    Regards

    Re: common efforts?

It can, but it changes the meaning.

Concerted efforts = two or more parties combine together to do something

Common efforts = efforts that are applicable to all alike.
