informal and email closings and the comma

    Hi,
If you are writing an email or informal letter, the closing form "See you" should be followed by a comma or a period.
    Thank for your help.

    Not a teacher.

You would use a comma if you write your name under the closing:

    bla bla bla.

    See you,
    Name
You would use a period if you were going to just end the message with the closing:

    bla bla bla.

    See you.
