    budle out, at bay

Debutant Amit Mishra's 5-wicket haul helped India bundle out Aussies for 268 runs on Day 3 of the Mohali Test. Earlier, Shane Watson scored a fighting 78 to keep Team India at bay.

Please explain the emboldened parts to me.

#1 India got rid of Australia quickly.

#2 To be at bay means to stand your ground and prevent someone doing something. In this case, Watson's innings meant that it took longer for India to achieve its victory.
