    Standards Guidelines

    (1) to follow standards guidelines.

    Is the above sentence correct? both with (s).

    (2) Machine installation guide

    can I read it as 'Machine installations guide' or 'Machine Installation Guides'

    Please help

    Depends what this refers to. If it is a guide to the installation of a machine, the phrase is fine. If there are more than one installations needed, then your first suggestion would be acceptable. If the reference is to more than one copy of such a guide, your second sentence would be acceptable.
