"We will act upon your request as soon as we received the completed application form that is duly signed by your goodself. Should there be any conflict of interest among requesters due to seating limitation, the ultimate decision will be under organiser discretion."

We will act upon your request, as soon as we receive the completed application form, that is duly signed by your goodself. Should there be any conflict of interest among requesters due to seating limitations, then the organisers will have the discretionary powers.

Goodself is mostly used with your. It is a sign or respect and mostly used in court and official language.

P.S. : I am not a teacher of English, just someone who loves the language.

    Re: how to use goodself

    Hi-

Native speakers would not use "goodself". It would be better to say,... "until we have received your signed and completed application form".
