    "based on the statistics report"

    I use to use 'based on', but sometime I read article some people use 'basing on", basing on correct?

    I can't think of an example where "basing on" would be the correct usage. I'd just stick to "based on."

    Not a teacher.

    Is it proper to say "The conclusion is basing on ......" ?, pls help.

    I would say This conclusion is based on...

    But without a full sentence, it's pretty hard to say that something is completely wrong.
