    is this sentence fine?

The guy who hit my car yesterday told me today that I shouldn't worry about a thing because he's going to pay for all the expenses.

    Hi,
    Is this text fine, please?
    Thanks.

"costs" rather than "expenses", but otherwise it is fine.

    Thanks Anglika.
I wonder if there is a better (but informal) way to say "hit my car", please.
    Thanks again!

    Re: is this sentence fine?

    Not really. Possible alternatives:

The guy who dinged my car
The guy who ran into my car
The guy who pranged my car
The guy who crashed into my car
