Default 'valuable' vs 'granted' vs 'worth it'

You are healthy and has a good job but you don't seem to consider it a valuable thing.

    Hi,

Can I rephrase this sentence as "You are healthy and has a good job but you seem to take it for granted" and preserve its meaning?

How about "You are healthy and has a good job but it doesn't seem to worth it for you"?

    Thanks.

You are healthy and have a good job but you don't seem to realise how fortunate you are.
