Difference between cool and cold

Are all the following sentences correct, if not why?

1) I am feeling cold

2) I am feeling cool

3) The weather is cool

4) The weather is cold

5) This time, we are also feeling some coolness

6) This time, we are also feeling some cold.

Here I dont want to take cool as someone who is looking cool/good. I want to take it as something that describes the temp.

2) I am feeling cool. This often means, 'I am feeling uncomfortably cool', or you might hear it as, 'Thank you for opening the window; I'm feeling cooler now.'

4) The weather is cold. Fine

5) This time(?), we are (also?) feeling some coolness. We are (or 'feel') a bit cool.

6) This time, we are also feeling some cold. Same as 5.

It means , in this winter we ( person from different city is talking to a person living in another city) are also feeling cold. ( means winter season was not as cold as it is this year)

This year (or winter) we are also feeling the cold.
This winter has been a cold one for us, too.

'Cool' in terms of air temperature is rarely used to express real discomfort (unless a person is trying to be polite and what they really mean is 'cold').
A person may say, 'It's going to be cool tonight. I think I'll take a sweater.', but they are still thinking of themselves as being reasonably comfortable. "Take your coat, it's going to be cold," has a connotation of possible discomfort and even danger.
