these countries are the Argentina, the Congo, the Brazil and some others,

In the past, people might refer to the Argentine Republic in the shortened form, The Argentine. Nowadays, it is most commonly referred to as Argentina (no 'the').

It is not 'the Brazil', just Brazil.

'the Congo', of the old jungle movie days, has been split into The Republic of the Congo, and The Democratic Republic of the Congo.

There are some countries that "The" is used for.
The Bahamas, The Gambia, The Netherlands.
You can do a search for "List of countries" and get an answer. Some lists leave out the "The" for Netherlands. I can't quickly find an authoritative list, so I'll leave the search to you.

With Ukraine, you will see it with and without the article, the latter carrying over from before it became an independent nation, which means that it is probably better not to use it.
