    "Yo" = "your"
    "Your clock" = your biological clock (that registers your age)
    "Your clock is ticking" is an expression that means you are getting older, and refers to a womanīs ability to have children that lessens as they age.
    Many girls in their late 20īs and throughout their 30īs will say, "My clock is ticking" as they fear they will not be able to have children.

    Hi! I think it is the variation of the idiom - What makes you tick?

    what makes someone tick
    if you know what makes someone tick, you understand the reasons for their behaviour and personality. A good salesperson knows what makes a customer tick.

    In American English, we have the exact phrase of "our-" or "your-" or "-my clock ticking," referring to the biological clock inside all of us that keeps on ticking--getting older.

    Maybe there are similar variations elsewhere and should be checked in context.

    This clock projects the time, date, or temp on the wall or ceiling some people call
    it a ceiling clock but I call it a digital projection clock. I got the black one because at the time that was the only color
    they had. But now they have them in black and also in white.
