    it usage

    Who was injured in the accident?
    1-It was two old men.

    Is sentence number 1 an acceptable sentence in this context? I always just say 'Two old men' but I don't think there is anything wrong with 1

    Not a teacher.

    I don't know if it is grammatically correct, but that sounds like sentences that we use in speech here in Southern California.
