Why "could" can go with first conditional ,i think that it goes with second?

It can? I also thought it goes with the 2nd conditional.

The modal "could" indicates a neutral possibility.

If it doesn't rain tomorrow, we could go for a walk in the park. - a real possibility in the speaker's mind - There's a possibility of going for a walk tomorrow.

If it weren't raining now, we could go for a walk in the park. - They probably won't go for a walk.
