    Perplexing plural problem

    Is there any word which has no s on the plural form, but has one on the singular?

    Just a thought!

    I don't think so. But when there is any word, I don't know it

    Nouns of Latin or Greek origin:

    nucleus, nuclei
    syllabus, syllabi
    focus, foci
    fungus, fungi
    cactus, cacti
    alumnus = alumni
