What does "innovative moves " refer to in Figure Skating?

"The free skate allows the athletes to demonstrate their creativity, innovative moves and technical difficulty. "
What does it mean by the word "moves"? Does it mean movement, dancing steps or improvement?????
'Cause MOVES have so many meanings as a noun. What does it mean here?

    Thank you very much!!~~

    Not a teacher.

"Moves" is referring to the maneuvers the figure skaters perform on the ice. A "move" might mean that the skater spins a lot and then breaks away in a fancy manner (I am not a figure skating fan).

"Innovative moves" will be those moves that have never previously been used and which are new, but which will become used by other skaters.
