    Hi can I say

    1)in this picture I am lying on a lawn

    ?
    ( I mean I am horizontal on the grass)


    2) what is the difference between graden and lawn?

    Yes.


    2) what is the difference between graden and lawn?

    The word "lawn" refers to the grass itself, whereas "garden" is a more general term (referring to the space/place itself) encompassing the grass, flowers, trees, water fountain, pond, and everything contained within the area.
