    Talking affect and influence

Hello~ Could you help me what will be the most natural way to say in this conversations?

A: hey, you are a group member, can you be more cooperative?

B: thatís right, how come you like this uncooperative?

You should know your behavior affect (or influence) others seriously.

    Thanks~
