    correct form of the verb is

    Trying to figure out the answer to this question............
    Correct the form of the verb is in this sentence.......

    IT will be warm and the sun is bright.

    hello,

    i think we need to add a helping verb. "IT WILL BE WARM, AND THE SUN WILL BE BRIGHT" if you would change the sentence to present tense it would read "IT IS WARM, AND THE SUN IS BRIGHT" i am not 100 percent on this, but after searching around a few web sites, that is what i am having my son put on his homework paper, i believe this is what they are looking for. sort of a trick question for a second grader!!

    Of course, if it is phrased as "The sun is bright and it will be warm [today]", then the tenses are fine.
