Talking things have already been set ?

Hello~ Would you help me how to say this naturally please?

A: Our group meeting will be held on 29th July at 12pm at 120 class room.

B: Is there anyway can meet a bit later?

A: Sorry, things have already been set with others.
Or, things have already been fixed with others.

If you are in trouble then you can keep in touch with all our group members and arrange it again.

B: Oh, that’s too much. I will come there then.

Re: things have already been set ?

A: Our group meeting will be held on July 29th at noon in classroom 120.

B: Is there anyway (that) we can meet a bit later?

A: Sorry, things have already been set with the others.
If you really can't make it, contact the group and see if you can arrange the meeting for a later time.

B: Oh, that'd be too much of a hassle. I will be there at noon.
