Smile hopeless at direction? helpless at direction?

Hi~ Would you help me how to say this naturally please?

A: Didnít you say you left 3hours ago? How come you arrive now?

    B: How silly I am..
Iím hopeless at direction. (Or, Iím helpless at direction)
I lost my way again. (Or, I lost way again)

A: Donít worry, thatís what girl does. Most girls are not good at direction.

How come you're just arriving now?

I'm hopeless when it comes to directions. -or- I'm hopeless with directions.
I lost my way again. -or - I got lost again.

Proper grammar would be: "Don't worry, that's what girls do. Most girls are not good at following directions." -or- "Most girls are not good with directions."

    HOWEVER
Saying such a thing is sexist and impolite and will only get you a dirty look or rude comment in return.
