    Is the sentence correct?

    "I spoke to Alex and he said that I was marked down as spam. He had fixed it and ‎I've submitted my comment. "

    I've found this:
    Mark down as - Consider someone or something to be of a certain group, type, etc. Example: I MARKED them DOWN AS conservatives, but they're very liberal.

    to me, your sentence seems to right.
