    Tea stall owner description

He is a very shrewd person; he calculates amount mentally much faster than you might calculate it with the help of calculator. You might forget by evening how many cups of tea you had gulped in a day, but he won’t (forget it) even after a week. Pappu is an ill-literate person, but he knows the skills and technique of running a business, he knows the thump rule of the business – customer is the king, satisfied customers come back again and knows how to maintain a long lasting relationship of loyalty. He keeps equal attention on each and every customer. He participate in all the discussions, debates with his customers, and sometimes take you by surprise, he might know more than you. In the conversation he jot downs the account of his regular customers who deal with him on credit on a dairy which he keeps handy with him.

Pappu is illiterate, but he knows how to run a business: the customer is the king and a satisfied customer always comes back again. He knows how to maintain a long lasting relationship based on loyalty. He gives equal attention to each and every customer. While the conversations take place, he jots down the accounts of his regular customers who deal with him on credit in a diary which he keeps handy.
