Smile She will maybe happy if you?

    HI~
I'm so confused IF.. sentence... here is one example,
Would you help me how to say this naturally please?

A: I heard that you two guys had a love fight days ago.

B: Yea, we haven't kept in touch for 2weeks now.

A: Why don't you send her some gift?
ⓐShe will be happy if you send her flowers.
ⓑShe will maybe happy if you send her flowers.
ⓒShe would be happy if you send her flowers.
ⓓShe would be happy if you sent her flowers.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

    A: ⓐIf I have money I will buy car.
ⓑIf I had money I will buy car.

ⓐ and ⓑ have different meaning and feeling? How different???

    Many thanks for your help~

    Can I ask...
    Do they have same meaning??

Why don't you send some flowers,
ⓐShe will be happy if you send her flowers.
ⓓShe would be happy if you sent her flowers.

Can I use both of them in this context?

    --------------------------------------------------------------

If you won lottery and got enough money what would you do?

    ⓐIf I have money I will buy a car.
    ⓑIf I had money I would buy a car.

Can I use both of them in this context?
