Default Meaning of the sentence "One has nothing against it" in the following context?

There are two reasons for this disappointment, one the venue of the exhibition ( book ).The second reason seems to be the greater focus being given to the regional language Telugu (One has nothing against it), but this focus seems to have taken away the charm of the exhibition as many English titles by American and British authors were missing. This has greatly reduced the choice available to consumers.

As far as i can understand, it means the writer wants to say that he is disappointed because the focus was given to the books written in Telgu only but at the same time by saying this he doesnt want to hurt the sentiments of Telgu speaking people( the writer has nothing personal against it)
