    Well, I know something about it. This fragment is isolated from the whole text, it doesn't say anything whether I know the suject or not. And I do now. That's just a digression to make public laugh. And it would be highly appreciated if you focused on the technical side, please.

    There's corrected version of the problematic fragment:
    When thinking about cloning dead creatures, a subtle divagation comes to my mind. One of ignorant people’s beliefs is that if in the wrong hands, cloning technology could lead to duplicating malevolent human beings such as Adolph Hitler. Which, of course, sounds irrationally.

    The writer is saying that he is, of course, not one of those ignorant people.
