    Talking convincable reason?reasonable reason?

    Hello~ Would you help me with saying this naturally please?

    A: Because landlady try to control me over too much, I want to move out.
    She even control the time of taking shower.

    B: But you have left many days to go, haven't you?
    ⓐwhen is your lease due?
    ⓑwhen is your lease duedate?

    A: Yea, It still has left a lot, next year March is ⓐduedate (ⓑdue).

    B: Since you made contract , landlady will not agree you to move easily.
    you need to have ⓐreasonable reason to move out without panelty.
    you need to have ⓑconvincable reason to move out without panelty.
    you need to have ⓒconving reason to move out without panelty.
    you need to have ⓓgood reason to move out without panelty.

    I want to move out because my landlady is too controlling, controlling even my shower time

    B: When does your lease end? You don't have that long to But you have left many days to go, have you?

    A: Yea, there is still quite a long time. Next March is the termination date.

    B: Since you have a contract, your landlady will probably not agree to you moving out early. You need to have a convincing reason to move out without penalties.
