Talking he comes into my room sneakily?

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

A: Do you thingk there is any chance that he comes into my room sneakily?

B: Well, I cant guaranty that he will absolutely not.
Because I know he is way too abnormal. And I know he used to doing it.
Thats why many female tenants moved out often. You better be careful.

A: How can I avoid it?

B: Nothing much. He is landlord so if he wants he can come in sneakily,
no matter how you lock the door hardly.

If you cannot guaranty something you are not 100% sure; you are less than ~70% sure. HE will not means you are ~95% sure. I see some discepancy here.

be used to sg -- you are familiar with sg
used to -- semi-modal -- something happened regularly in the past
    Do not mix them!

B: Nothing much. He is landlord so if he wants, he can come in sneakily,
no matter how safely you lock the door hardly.
