    Default Making up a test

    Hello!
I've got a question concerning 'school vocabulary'
If a student asks me to make up a test that he missed the week before, how do you call that test? MAKE UP TEST?
    Thanks for your help!

I think so. That's how my professors call it.

    Thank you cro
if your teachers are native speakers of English and they do use the word 'make up test', then it must be correct. Thanks again!

It's a test given to a student by his professor when he missed one of his exams in a particular subject. It is usually given once per semester, and a student must have a valid reason why he missed the exam so as to take the make up test. Nevertheless, some professors, i mean the considerate ones may give a student a make up test though he has no valid reason for missing one of the exams.
