    get married

Hello, teachers, please help me with this problem.
    He gets married to Sue.
    What does it mean?
1.Does he have to marry to Sue?
    2.Did he marry to Sue?
    3.Has he married to Sue?
    4.Will he marry to Sue?
    I don't understand "get married".
    Thank you very much.

Get married means to begin a legal relationship with someone as their husband or wife.
