Can someone take a look at this?
And correct my mistakes.
It was my sister's birthay yesterday, and we went out for a meal with some friends at a famous restaurant in the city. We hadn't been there before, so we didn't really know what it was look like, but it turned out to be a reall nice place, There were few flowers and candles on the tables, which did looked nice ut that kind of decor wasn't unusual in a good quality restaurant, and wasn't what had gave it its reputation. What made this restaurant different, and such an interesting place, was the some kind of food they had on the menu. Of course, there were certainly not the unual dishes - meat and vegetables, and so on but there was also a special section of what they called exotic food. There were lots things that I'd never seen on menu before- things like insects and unusual fish. because of the restaurants specialised in vegetarian dishes there were also beans and things like to thet. It was a really great evening! There were six of us and we ordered for small portion of lots of different things and we shared them, so we could all eat bit of everything. I was amazed at how tasty it all was. So the next time you come visit us, I'll take you there.
Nowadays most people understand the importance of keeping fit, and the dificulty some people have in taking regular exercise.
After spending the whole day in an office, sitting immobile in front of a computer screen, people really have to make an effort to go a gym in the evening. But it is necesiary to take some form of exercise if people want to stay both fit and healthy. Because of this, leisure centres have become big business, and they provide pleasurable environments where everyone can not only exercise but socialise as well. Children have completely physical education lessons at school, so that hopeful they will continue to exercise when they are adults and avoid putting on too much weight. And apparently people who are fit are also happier than those who are not.
We all enjoy food, and going out to eat is a pleasure that many of us looking forward to. To add to the experience, chefs are always searching for new flavours and dishes to amaze and delight the customers in the restaurants. Some chefs are trying to experiment with food, and come up with alternative ways of cooking. They have turned on science for their inspiration. They work on the theory that we are all conditioned to expect certain foods to go down, and because of real reason for not putting them together. This explains people's reluctance to eat chocolate with fish, for example.
However, if two foods have similar chemicals in them .... should taste good in the same dish. A group of researchers tokk time to analyse a range of ingredients scientifically, and as a result of their research, they matched up a selection of indigredients that make surprisingly taste combinations, .... as smoked bacon and egg ice cream. One chef ..... has taken this approach very seriously puts together caviar and white chocolate, and makes biscuits flavoured with coffee and garlic. these biscuits are very popular in his restaurant.
