    As/While/When

    Dear Teacher,

I donít have enough idea how to use As/When/While to explain the correct sense in a sentence.

Please check my sentence and explain:

As/While/When I came back from outside, found a letter lying in front of our entrance door.

    Regards,

    Regards,
'When I came back' = At the moment I came back.
'As I came back/was coming back' = During my return.
'While I came/was coming back' = During my retun. 'While' is more often used with continuous tense.
When I came back from outside, found a letter lying in front of our entrance door.
