I have always wondered why some teachers of English write so shoddily on the fora. Are they negligent or ignorant?

I don't think cb4_fs is a teacher, his/her profile says 'student'. I agree that his/her post is badly written and he/she would benefit from some lessons in English, but maybe he/she is the best speaker of English in the town, it's possible.

No offense, but would it not be a case of the blind leading the blind?
Can someone be a good speaker with bad grammar?
