Default Where can I find examples to illustrate the omission of verbs in sentences?

" He knew that after his death, his house would be occupied and his car taken by his nephew."

In this sentence, the second "would be" is omitted. However, we just don't know when we should do some omissions like this.

Could you please tell me where I can find more examples and grammatical rules about this?

    Thanks a lot from tiantian

They are using the same tense and are sufficiently close together for there to be no confusion.
