Smile the landlord remodeled his garage into house.

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

A: How do you like your new house?

B: It is quite small place.
Actually, the landlord remodeled his garage into house.

So there are just one small room, one small kitchen and bathroom. No living room, veranda and washing room.

    But thatís ok,
as long as there are all of the basic stuff I can make do with living.

A: yeah, good girl, you are being positive all the time.

A: How do you like your new house?

B: It's quite small. Actually, the landlord remodeled his garage into an apartment. So there's just one small room, a tiny kitchen and bathroom. No living room or veranda, no laundry.

But that’s ok, as long as all the basic stuff's in place I can live there.

A: yeah, good girl, you're always positive. (Or: you're always looking at the bright side.)
