    Smile please care about others.

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?
If my sentences are not natural, you can simply ignore them and give me your own sentence please~ (it would be more helpful to me)

A: You may think I’m so nagging but would you please keep empty this place?
Since you are done with these kitchen utensils, would you please put them away?
ⓐThis place is for public use, please consider others.
ⓑSince this place is for public use, please care about others.
And there are someone’s washing in the washing machine that finished two hours ago.
I was wondering if they are yours? I want to use that but…

B: Oh, sorry, that I made you annoying again.

    Disclaimer: I'm not a teacher.

There are lots of ways to express these concepts. Here are just a few:

I'm sorry to bother you, but could you please keep this space clear?

This space is for public (or communal) use; please be considerate [of others].

Someone's laundry is in the washing machine; I was wondering if it was yours. It finished two hours ago and I'd like to use the machine.

OR: Is that your laundry in the washing machine? It's been done for two hours now. Could you move it so I can use the machine?

OR: I hope you don't mind that I took your laundry out of the washing machine. I waited two hours after it finished, but I really had to get mine washed. Yours is growing mildew in that pile over there.

    Sorry about that.
    OR: Sorry for the trouble.

    Thanks for your help particleman

I've found one interesting expression from your sentence.
I actually wanted to know this expression but didn't have idea how to say.

    "Yours is growing mildew"

Can I use in this way?

A: Hey, I think I put this bread in the fridge for over one week.
How will I know if i can eat or not?

B: ⓐUnless it didn't grow mildew you can eat I guess.
ⓑUnless it didn't go moldy you can eat I guess.

A: You may think I’m so nagging but would you please keep empty this place? You may think I am nagging, but would you please keep this place free (or clear)? depends on the meaning.
Since you are done with these kitchen utensils, would you please put them away?
ⓐThis place is for public use, please consider others.
ⓑSince this place is for public use, please care about others.
And there are someone’s washing in the washing machine that finished two hours ago. There are some items/clothes in the washing machine that finished two hours ago.
I was wondering if they are yours? I want to use the machine but…

B: Oh, sorry, that I made you annoying again. Oh, sorry that I annoyed you again.

The last sentence could actually be correct if you are trying to be funny and sarcastic. If the person to whom you are speaking is generally quite annoying, but doesn't realize it, that could be used.

    I am not a teacher.

B: ⓐUnless it didn't grow mildew you can eat I guess. Unless it grew mildew, you can eat it, I guess. /If it didn't grow mildew, you can eat it, I guess./If it hasn't grown mildew yet, you can eat it, I guess.
