Default Board Minutes - Board Secretary Complimentary Close?

After typing the minutes for a board meeting, the Board Secretary should sign the minutes. What Closing Should be used:

    Respectively submitted,

    Board Secretary

    or

    Respectfully submitted,

    Board Secretary

    Thanks.

In all cases where I have had to sign official minutes, there is no "complimentary closing" required. The Minutes will end with the names and positions of the signatories, above which they will sign:

    [end of minutes]

    John Doe
    President

    James Rose
    Secretary
