    Post is it ok to say It's doesn't matter

    if somebody said sorry to me, is it ok to say "It's doesn't matter" to respond?

    It is correct to say: "It doesn't matter"

    It's means 'It is'

    "It is doesn't matter" doesn't make literal sense.

    With regards to whether "It doesn't matter" is an appropriate response to "Sorry", well, it depends because it could be interpreted as "your apology doesn't matter to me." So if that's the meaning you intend to express, then it's an appropriate response, but if it's not the meaning you intend to express, then try, "No problem" or "That's OK" or "It's OK" or "Don't worry about it":

    Max: Sorry.
    Pat: That's OK. / It's OK. / No problem. / Don't worry about.

    Max: Sorry.
    Pat: It doesn't matter.
    Max: My apology doesn't matter to you?!
