Re: an emial title named low priced high quality

Priced is used as an adjective to qualify some product with high quality in the title.

e.g. : 1.Low priced rice is preferred by the poor.

2.Low priced high quality rice is never available in the market.

In the second sentence, both low priced and high quality act as compound adjectives and qualify rice.
