    At parties I tend to be shy rather than ( ).

    Please tell me which words should be chosen, "boisterous" or "bashful"?

    i'm pretty sure this is a dictionary question once you realize that 'rather than' means you are looking for the opposite of 'shy'

    Which word is an antonym of 'shy'?
