    1.What about next week?
    2.What about the nexk week?
    3.What about the following week?

Are all of the three sentences above correct?
If so,Are there any difference among them?

    Thank you!

Yes, they are all correct. Yes, there is one difference:

A: Let's get together for lunch.
B: OK, what about next week?
A: Hmmm, no, sorry, I'm busy all next week. What about the following week?
B: Sure, that will be fine.

'Next week' means the week immediately following the present week. 'The next week' or 'the following week means the week immediately following whatever week has just been referred to.

    I hope this is helpful,

    Petra

    Dear pyoung,

    Thanks a bunch!

According to your explanation,I understand that in the conversation you offered What about the following week? can be replaced by What about the next week?

    Is that right?

Or we'd better say it like that in case of any misunderstandings.

Is that right? Yes. You are correct. They mean the same thing.
