    Welcome!

    1...a new one girl
a" means "one", so it is not correct to put "a" and "one" together like that.
    'a new girl'

    2...some body can help me?
You are asking a question, but that is not correct question grammar. In English questions, question words come first in the sentence.
Here are some examples of question words: what, where, when, who, why, how, do, does, are, is, can, will, should.

    Can somebody help me?

3...I'm a beginner English student, and I'm a little confused.
Remember to capitalize the first word of every sentence, and "I" is always capitalized.
