    Default Vowels

Could you please explain why your site does not include "W" as a vowel? I was taught, some years ago, that it like the "Y" is sometimes a vowel. An example would be the word tow.

    Thank you

W is a consonant. If you like, we can go kill your teacher.

Thank you, but you did not explain why the o in tow is long. Is it magic or simply because w is sometimes used as a vowel? I believe my teachers have passed away many years ago.

Someone has killed them for us. Good.

You didn't ask why the o is long. But now that you do ask: it just is. See the private message.
