    Default business letter closings

I am reading a business letter, and I have come across something I do not understand at the closing of the letter. What does rq/s mean in the following context:

    Dear sir,

    (Body of letter)

    Warm regards,

    (name of sender)

    rq/s

Traditionally, initials that follow the signature block were formatted like this:
    ABC/de
which indicated that the letter had been dictated by Albert B. Connors (ABC) to his secretary, David Eaton (de) who then typed the letter.
Is it possible that 'rq' are someone's initials?
