    help grammar

    Hi can anyone please help !!
    for the expression " we had a lot in common "What is the form? What would be any anticipated problems and solutions with meaning, form and pronunciation?
    I am having real problems !

    We had a lot in common means

    We had many mutual interests.

    We had many interests we both shared.

    We shared many things in common (together)
