    ask about plans

    Hello.
Could you help me in some question?
I am going to conference and I want to ask my colleague about her plans. How I can make it true? If I ask: "Will you take part in the conference?" it will be right?
    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks a lot, Anglika.
Well, if I want to get her to take part in this conference: Would you take part in xxxx conference? (or contribute to the work of xxxx conference)?

Would you be prepared or interested in contributing to this conference? We have some empty slots, and I think you might be able to provide a good platform for a discussion.
