    Dear teachers,

    Would you be kind to tell me your opinion concerning the following sentences?

    It is no good going there.
    It is no use doing that.
    It is useless writing to him.

    And in these cases mean the same thing.

    No good also can mean:

    - Evil. Don't marry him, he's no good.
    - Rotten, spoiled. Throw out last week's fish, it's no good.
