Default 2nd essay- would be awesome if so could correct it!!THX

A win-win situation signifies a deal between two companies with an advantage for both. In the end the two companies are able to decrease their risk and enlarge their profits. To avoid any disadvantages for the other company it is important to act in favour of the negotiation partner. In the majority of the cases a firm offers something dispensable which is valuable for the partner concern. It is also crucial to consider the particular limits of such a negotiation like for example in price ranges. Products should not be sold cheaper than their manufacturing costs if one company cannot effort it.
The case study gives an adequate example of a win-win situation. A man creates a computer game, but is not able to distribute it, so he presents his concept to a company, which is specialized in this market niche. After several negotiations they find an agreement. In the end both made profit because of the success of the computer game and the man got a 30% of the yearly revenue. Without the support of the company he had not been able to publish and sell his game. So he also had the possibility to quit his former job and to work now in the computer game industry.
