Default shed the light first, please.

would you help me understand this sentence, please?

I've got a problem in / with something

    To me,
We use 'in' to say that someone has a problem due to his lack of knowledge or experience, however, 'with' is used to show that a fault is existed in something else other than the speaker.

    Is that correct?

    Thanks!

"With" is correct. Only use "in" to describe a problem at a place you're naming:

"Our company has a problem in Turkey, so I'm flying there tomorrow to solve it."

    Thanks!
    You're welcome!
