    Hello teachers and members,
Please check and correct the sentences.
Please refrain from taken away this book. Front Office may provide upon request. We are highly appreciated for your kind cooperation.

    Hi whitemoon,

    My suggestion for rewiting:
Please do not remove this book from the premises. Upon your request, the Front Office may provide a copy for you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
If you'd like to say "kind cooperation" it's OK too.

Please refrain from taking away this book. (OR: Please do not remove this book.) The front office may provide it to you (OR: give it to you) upon request. We xxx highly appreciate xxx your kind cooperation. ("Highly" and "kind" are unnecessary clutter, a form of reader abuse.)
    Thank you in advance.
    You're highly welcome!
